Product Availability Estimate

The product availability estimate on each item's product information page refers only to how long it will take that item to leave our fulfillment center once you place your order. It does not include the time your order will take to reach you once we ship it.

Automatically generated shipping prices will be shown on the order page before you commit to ordering the goods.

Tracking your Orders

We will notify you by email when products ordered have been shipped. If traceable shipping option has been selected we will notify you with the tracking number.

Expected Delivery Times

All shipping times are based upon the day they ship from our fulfillment facility. Generally our delivery items for most products, if ordered on a business day (Monday to Friday), is to have delivered within 3 to 14 days from order processing.
- Express shipping - 3 to 5 days,
- International Registered post - 5 to 14 days.
Be sure to add this time to your delivery expectations.

Dispatching Delays

Cura-Care.com is not responsible for dispatching delays caused by temporary delays in the delivery of the requested product/products from manufacturer or supplier or by any other delays caused by third party. Nor is Cura-Care.com responsible for delivery delays caused by holidays, mail service strikes, natural or war disasters or by the mail service in charge of the delivery.

Delivery Arrival

Although we will aim to dispatch in 24 hours the time for delivery is not guaranteed. We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us but we cannot give an exact delivery date. We also may deliver the goods in several consignments but will not charge any extra delivery for this. If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract. We will refund any money paid by you.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Cura-Care.com is not responsible for returning of products caused by improper delivery due to wrong shipping info provided by the purchaser. If the buyer does not take delivery of the goods or give the supplier adequate delivery instructions then the buyer will be liable for a small storage cost and the cost of re delivery. During this period the supplier is not liable for any loss damage and deterioration of the goods during storage.

Destination Legal Regulations

Purchaser shall be responsible for complying with any legislation or regulation governing the importation of the goods in to the country of destination and for the payment of any duties. The company takes no responsibility for confirming the importation requirements and regulations of the country of destination. All products are shipped at the risk of the purchaser and at the agreement of holding the vendor reserved towards any legal action which might be brought against the purchaser if not acting in accordance with the regulations and importation laws applied by the government of the destination country. In the event the requested products are detained and confiscated by foreign customs the loss lies completely with the purchaser.

Reshipments will only be carried out if the additional charges for the reshipment is covered by the purchaser, unless the improper delivery was caused by actions taken by The Company or its contractors.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if there is any problem with your order.

Within 30 days of receiving your purchase you may return the unopened item with all packaging intact and be refunded the price, minus shipping, that you paid. Please print and complete this form and return it with your purchase.

Packaging Your Return

When sending back the product, please ensure the item is securely wrapped and packed and enclosed with this completed Return Policy form. We recommend you use a reputable courier company and insure the item being returned.
