3a. Submitting Orders
To purchase from us you must be over 18. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to the company address in writing or by email or fax.3b. Confirmation of Order Acceptance
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact Customer Care immediately. Please do this before we confirm your order.
All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Errors and omissions excepted. Subject to not selling below our cost price.
3c. The Sale
The Buyer shall place an order for goods by completing the order form and submitting it from the web site. The supplier will confirm the order in writing and will supply the goods to the buyer in accordance with the buyer's order.3d. Sale Conditions
The conditions as set in this section shall govern the contract to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions.3e. Written Confirmations
Any advice and recommendation given by any representative of the supplier to the buyer relating to the goods that is not confirmed in writing will not be binding on the supplier. Any variation to these conditions must be agreed in writing between the buyer and the supplier.
4. The buyers account and payment information obligations
In consideration of your use of the Site, you agree to:
(a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself including submitting personal information such as credit card details and address details, as prompted by the checkout form during purchase from the company for your account information (the "Account Information")
(b) maintain and promptly update the Account Information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current and future use of the Site. Account Information and certain other information about you is subject to our Privacy Policy.
5. Order Unavailability
Availability of products is subject to change without further notice. Sale of any goods or services is subject to availability . In the case that you have ordered any products, any such alterations or changes will be notified to you by email or fax at contact details supplied by the buyer to the company. In the case goods are no longer available, any payments received by the company will be returned in full through reimbursing your credit card.

6a. Contract Price
The price of the goods shall be the price quoted on the web site on the date of acceptance of the order by the supplier.6b. Delivery Costs
The price of the goods doesn't include delivery and accordingly all prices are ex works the supplier's premises. The buyer will pay the suppliers delivery charge by the method of payment and delivery address specified by the buyers order in accordance with the amount quoted order form.6c. Value added Tax or Sales Taxes
The price of the goods is inclusive of Value Added Tax or any other applicable sales taxes as required by law.
7. Right of Refusal
7a. Mistake of Order
If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact Customer Care immediately. Please do this before we confirm your order.7b. Buyer Withdrawal when not shipped
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract in seven working days of submitting the order for the goods by giving written notice of the withdrawal and the supplier shall credit the credit card of the buyer with the price of the goods and delivery charges.7c. Buyer Withdrawal when already shipped
The Buyer shall pay the costs of returning the goods to the supplier by the same method that they were delivered in the event that the goods had been dispatched by the supplier prior to receipt of written notice of withdrawal.7d. Company Right to Withdrawal
The Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse service at any time.
8. Payment Terms
8a. Payment Date
Payment terms shall be made by credit cards on the date on which the buyers order is accepted by the supplier.8b. Credit Cards
Credit cards accepted are the ones listed on the web site on the date that the buyer's order is accepted by the supplier.
9. Product Availability Estimate
The product availability estimate on each item's product information page refers only to how long it will take that item to leave our fulfillment center once you place your order. It does not include the time your order will take to reach you once we ship it.

10a. Delivery Charges
For items ordered, the following standard charges will be applied for shipments: Worldwide: $15 USD, $18 AUD
Automatically generated shipping prices will be shown on the order page before you commit to ordering the goods.
10b. Tracking your Orders
We will notify you by email when products ordered have been shipped.10c. Expected Delivery Times
All shipping times are based upon the day they ship from our fulfillment facility. Generally our delivery items for most products, if ordered on a business day (Monday to Friday), is to have delivered within 5 to 14 days from order processing. Be sure to add this time to your delivery expectations.

Cura-Care.com is not responsible for dispatching delays caused by temporary delays in the delivery of the requested product/products from manufacturer or supplier or by any other delays caused by third party. Nor is Cura-Care.com responsible for delivery delays caused by holidays, mail service strikes, natural or war disasters or by the mail service in charge of the delivery.10e. Delivery Arrival
Although we will aim to dispatch in 24 hours the time for delivery is not guaranteed. We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us but we cannot give an exact delivery date. We also may deliver the goods in several consignments but will not charge any extra delivery for this. If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract. We will refund any money paid by you.
11. Incorrect Delivery Details
Cura-Care.com is not responsible for returning of products caused by improper delivery due to wrong shipping info provided by the purchaser. If the buyer does not take delivery of the goods or give the supplier adequate delivery instructions then the buyer will be liable for a small storage cost and the cost of re delivery. During this period the supplier is not liable for any loss damage and deterioration of the goods during storage.
12. Shipping Errors

Reshipments will only be carried out if the additional charges for the reshipment is covered by the purchaser, unless the improper delivery was caused by actions taken by The Company or its contractors.
13. Refund, Replacement and Cancellation Terms
13a. Your Inspection of Goods
Due to the nature of the products listed at Cura-Care.com we are unable to accept open items for return.
Please inspect your delivery parcel as soon as possible after receipt. You may notify our information department for a Return Authorisation Number by placing a request through our Live Chat, by Telephone +(678) 50986 or by Fax +(678) 50987, if any product is missing, damaged or incorrectly dispatched. Please do not open the packaging of any articles sent incorrectly as it needs to be returned to us in its original condition. Please notify us of any mistakes or damages within forty eight hours in order that the problems can be remedied at the earliest convenience.13b. Returns Procedure
If the product you receive is not as you expected, you may return it in its original packaging, with the inclusion of a Return Authorisation Number within 2 days or 48 hours for a refund. Please note you will be responsible for shipping charges and there will be a 15-20% re-stocking charge for undamaged goods.13c. Issue of Return Authorisation Number
Unopened items that you would like to return, may be done so if we are notified within 48 hours and receive the goods no later than 15 days after the items have been delivered. If you wish to return these items please submit a return request to our Live Chat and to get instructions and a Return Authorisation Number (RA#). Returned Items without an RA# will be refused. All Returns should be sent in a method that provides delivery confirmation. We will not be responsible for any items returned to us that do not arrive at our facility. Therefore, we encourage you to register post your returns.13d. Incomplete Delivery
If there is any short delivery the buyer shall inform the supplier in writing within 48 hours from the time of delivery.. If the buyer does not do so the supplier shall not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the buyer as a result of the short delivery. If there is any short delivery, the supplier's liability shall be limited to the price of the goods not delivered. If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract. We will refund any money paid by you13e. Variance in Packaging
Packaging may be updated from time to time and may not resemble the photographs or images seen on the web site.
14. Export Policy
14a. Global Delivery
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Some international destinations prohibit the transportation of certain items. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction, domestic or international, for any reason. We will notify you of our choice not to proceed with the transaction and refunding any credit card or any other payment.14b. Destination Legal Regulations
The Seller shall be responsible for complying with any legislation or regulation governing the importation of the goods in to the country of destination and for the payment of any duties. The company takes no responsibility for confirming the importation requirements and regulations of the country of destination. All products are shipped at the risk of the purchaser and at the agreement of holding the vendor reserved towards any legal action which might be brought against the purchaser if not acting in accordance with the regulations and importation laws applied by the government of the destination country.
In the event the requested products are detained and confiscated by foreign customs the loss lies completely with the purchaser.
15. Risk of Ownership
Risk Damage and loss of Goods becomes the buyers responsibility on delivery unless loss is due to events explained in Term number 14 entitled "Export Policy.. If the Buyer fails to take delivery of the goods the buyer is responsible for damage and loss. Title of the goods shall pass to the buyer on delivery of the goods.16. Copyrights, Trademarks and Intellectual Property
You acknowledge that Cura-Care.com contains information, text, images data, software, photographs & graphics, videos, and other material (collectively "Content") that are protected by copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights, and that these rights are valid and protected in all forms, media and technologies existing now or hereinafter developed. All Content is copyrighted as a collective work under International copyright laws, and Curateam Inc. owns this content. All intellectual property and any other proprietary rights of our own or company suppliers and business affiliates (including, but not limited to copyrights and trademarks) and all other information, relating to the goods created by the supplier or manufacturers selling goods shall remain the property of the company and suppliers respective intellectual property ownership rights.
17. Security of Information
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Cura-Care.com protects the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

18. Indemnity
Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Company and its affiliates, licensors and suppliers harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney's fees, related to a Buyer's violation of this Contract or use of the Site.
19. Limitation of Liability
